I-215 Logistics Center

The I-215 Commerce Center is a multi-building logistics park at Interstate 215 and 2100 North in West Valley City, developed by Hamilton Partners. The Jenkins Group designed the spec-warehouse shells and coordinated the site and roadway work that opened the center for distribution tenants.

Delivered with Big-D Construction, the project is built for speed and scale — high-clearance warehouse space, heavy site infrastructure, and a layout that makes the trucks' job easy.

A logistics park is really a road problem with buildings attached.
