Lake Park 1

Lot 1 at the Lake Park Commerce Center is a roughly 438,624-square-foot multi-tenant 'shell' warehouse for Hamilton Partners in West Valley City. The Jenkins Group designed the building as a 36-foot-clear, load-bearing tilt-up concrete structure with steel joist-and-girder roof framing on interior steel columns.

This is big-box distribution at its most disciplined — a vast, efficient envelope on a conventional slab-on-grade, sized to divide cleanly among tenants and built for decades of forklift traffic.
