340 County Line Road is a multi-tenant industrial building developed by Hamilton Partners in Bensenville, designed by The Jenkins Group to serve tenants including Zurn and Geib. The building pairs efficient warehouse space with the dock and site infrastructure a distribution tenant needs.

The design prioritizes flexible, leasable space and a clean exterior — an industrial building that performs for its tenants and holds its value for its owner.
