Residence Hall P855 – Gulfport

Project P-855 is a Seabee residence hall at NCBC Gulfport, built on architectural precast concrete with a full complement of durable, low-maintenance interior systems — terrazzo, masonry, and resilient finishes sized for hard, continuous use. The Jenkins Group designed the building to NAVFAC criteria for the Gulfport construction-battalion community.

The result is comfortable enlisted housing engineered for the Gulf Coast: a robust envelope, generous common areas, and finishes chosen to take decades of turnover without looking tired.

Barracks finishes have one job — survive everything and still look like somewhere you'd want to live.
