Retail Remodels

The Chicago Ridge shopping center work refreshed the retail environment building by building, updating storefronts and exterior elevations to re-merchandise the center for current tenants. The Jenkins Group developed the remodel packages, including façade updates across multiple retail buildings.

Shopping-center remodels are about curb appeal and tenant fit — modernizing the look while keeping the center open and the tenants trading.
