Residence Hall P723 – NAS Pensacola

Project P-723 is a Bachelor Enlisted Quarters at Corry Station, NAS Pensacola — a residence hall that has to feel like home while meeting the Navy's standards for durability and security. The Jenkins Group served as architect and civil engineer on the design-build team, delivering the building under a NAVFAC Southeast Panhandle MACC task order.

The design balances comfortable, daylit living quarters and lounges against the practical realities of barracks construction — durable finishes, efficient unit layouts, and an envelope built for the Gulf Coast climate.

A dormitory is housing first and a barracks second — sailors can tell the difference.
