Wright-Patterson Exchange Remodel

The Wright-Patterson shopping center image update touched the full main-store experience — sales floor, mall, dining, and administrative areas — refreshing finishes, fixtures, and wayfinding to AAFES's current standards. The Jenkins Group coordinated the interior reset around an operating exchange, sequencing demolition and replacement to limit disruption.

The scope was deliberately practical: paint, finishes, fixtures, and signage that modernize the store without rebuilding it, delivered within AAFES's NAF funding and design-criteria framework.
