Fort McCoy Exchange – Image Upgrade

The Fort McCoy Exchange image upgrade brings AAFES's current store standards into an existing building, renovating the retail interior and refreshing the customer experience within building 1538. The Jenkins Group developed the documents to modernize finishes, fixtures, and the sales environment.

As NAF-funded exchange work, the project keeps the funding and ownership boundary clear and aligns the interior with AAFES's brand and operational standards — a straightforward, high-impact refresh of a working store.

An image upgrade is mostly about the customer's first ten feet inside the door.
