21805 Field Parkway Office

21805 Field Parkway is a three-story, 75,000-square-foot speculative office building clad in a combination of brick and renaissance stone. The Jenkins Group paired contemporary detailing with classic design principles so the building would hold its value — visually and functionally — across many tenants and many years.

Designed for flexible multi-tenant leasing, the building offers an upscale, durable shell that fills in cleanly as tenants come and go.

Spec office is a bet on timelessness — you design for a tenant you haven't met yet.
