150 Pierce Road marks the eastern gateway to the Hamilton Lakes office park in Itasca, designed to read as classic professionalism delivered by modern means. The Jenkins Group clad the six-story, 195,000-square-foot office building in precast concrete and granite, using traditional detailing and proportion to give a speculative office building lasting presence.

Inside, the floor plates are organized for efficient multi-tenant leasing — a building meant to attract and hold corporate tenants over decades. The design balances a dignified public face with the practical economics of rentable area, common-to-useable ratios, and flexible tenant fit-out.
