116 S. Prospect Façade Upgrade

The 116 S. Prospect project is a focused storefront upgrade in downtown Park Ridge — reframing the existing entrance, replacing entrance trim, adding a new canopy, and tuning the lighting to match the building's existing character. The Jenkins Group carried the design through the city's appearance-commission review and into permitting.

Small-scale façade work is detail work: the design earns its approval at the inside corner of the brick and the line of the canopy, where a downtown street notices everything.

On a downtown storefront, the whole project lives in a few inches of trim.
