Houghton Mifflin Harcourt's offices at One Pierce Place in Itasca span four floors and 103,176 rentable square feet, and The Jenkins Group designed the tenant improvement across all of them — setting the building-standard interiors and producing the documents that drove competitive general-contractor pricing.

The project organizes a large publisher's workplace — first-floor suites plus the ninth, tenth, and eleventh floors — into a coherent, efficient interior built on a design-build approach to the mechanical and electrical systems.
